The Codexpert Community: One Place to Build Better WordPress Sites, Together
Running a WordPress site means making countless decisions across different plugins.
Why did a form submission fail? Which tool should control your product pages? How do you manage affiliate commissions without causing payout issues?
The answers often stay buried in private tickets and forgotten threads. A community makes them easier to find.
That is why we created the free Codexpert Community – a shared space with dedicated areas for each of our products, where users can ask questions, share solutions, and get back to building.
Why We Built the Codexpert Community
We did not set out to run a community. We set out to build plugins that fix real WordPress and WooCommerce headaches, one product at a time.
- EasyCommerce for creating a fully functional eCommerce store.
- CoDesigner for designing WooCommerce pages in Elementor.
- WC Affiliate for affiliate programs.
- ThumbPress for image weight and speed.
- Then CF7 Submissions, Duplica, Restrict Elementor, and more.
The questions kept arriving one support ticket at a time. Each answer helped a single person, then vanished into a queue. Site owners wanted somewhere open to compare notes. People weighing a plugin wanted honest input from someone already using it.
A few patterns kept repeating:
- The same setup questions, asked privately by people who never saw each other’s fixes
- Feature ideas scattered across email, social posts, and review threads
- No open place to get a second opinion before shipping a change to a live site
- Users of one Codexpert plugin who never learned how the others could help
One shared space, split by product, covers all of it. Answers stay visible and help the next person instead of disappearing.
Who Is the Codexpert Community For?
In plain terms, anyone building or running a WordPress site with our tools, or thinking about it.
You do not need to be technical. You do not need heavy traffic or a big catalog. The problems repeat across sites, and this is where people trade the fixes.

What Do You Get When You Join the Codexpert Community?

When you join, you get a direct line to people who work with these plugins every day, and it costs nothing. Ask questions, weigh in on the roadmap, and share what has worked on your own site.
- A space for every product: post in the EasyCommerce, ThumbPress, WC Affiliate, CoDesigner, or any other product area, so your question reaches the right people.
- Peer help: post a problem and hear from members who already fixed it.
- Feature voting: talk through what each plugin should build next and back the ideas you want.
- Setup answers: sort out configuration, integrations, and edge cases with people who have done it.
- A line to the team: the people building these plugins read the threads and jump in.
The value compounds. Every answered question becomes something the next member can find later, so each space gets more useful the longer it runs.
How Do You Get the Most Out of the Community?
What separates members who get great answers from those who get ignored? A few small habits.
- Post in the right space. Drop your question in the product area it belongs to. It reaches the right people faster.
- Say hello first. Use the welcome space to introduce your site and what you run. Context helps people help you.
- Search before posting. Your question may already have a good answer waiting, and a quick look saves everyone time.
- Ask clearly. Add a screenshot, your plugin and WordPress version, and the setting you are working in. Specific questions get specific answers.
- Give back. Answer someone when you can. The space works because members trade help, not because staff answers everything.
Do those five, and you will get far more out of it than someone who only shows up when something breaks.

Codexpert Community FAQ
Is the Codexpert Community free to join?
Yes. Joining costs nothing, and you do not need a Pro license for any product to take part. You get every product space, the feedback threads, and the wider group of WordPress site owners at no cost.
Do I need a Pro version of any plugin to join?
No. The community is open to free users, Pro users, and people still deciding. Plenty of members are comparing options or setting up their first site, and beginner questions are welcome.
Which space should I post in?
Pick the product your question is about. EasyCommerce, ThumbPress, WC Affiliate, CoDesigner, and the rest each have their own area. If you are new or your question spans a few tools, start in the welcome space.
Should I use the community or official support?
Use both for different things. For account, billing, or a confirmed bug, official support and the documentation are the right channels, and Pro users get priority there. For quick advice, setup tips, and second opinions, the community is faster and more open.
Can beginners join, or is it only for developers?
Both are welcome. Beginners use it to learn how each plugin works, and developers dig into hooks and integrations. Having both in one place is what makes the answers worth reading.
